This is a complimentary course that develops and nurtures a somatic connection in order to reveal your true self. Your true self is not created or destroyed; it is only obscured or revealed. We use somatic stillness to access this eternal nature, the silence amidst the noise. Somatic Foundation is a prerequisite to all of our memberships and courses.
